What's is the difference between the Magci Booster Dynamic and Static version?

The Dynamic version has a removable glass and separate IR filter, it can mount special plug-in dedicated internal filters. The Static version has the lens and the IR filter in a single body, it cannot mount the dedicated internal flters.
